Stamina International AS is responsible for personal data collected through this website and recruitment-related correspondence.
When you contact us
If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, any company you provide and your message. We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess possible business relationships and maintain necessary correspondence. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps towards a contract.
When we contact potential candidates
For recruitment assignments, we may review professional information relevant to a role, such as a person's work history, qualifications, business contact information and publicly available professional profiles. We may contact individuals about specific professional opportunities. We assess whether this processing is appropriate and lawful before outreach, including applicable marketing and privacy rules. The legal basis for relevant professional research may be our legitimate interests, subject to a balancing assessment.
We do not send a candidate's details to a client without first informing the candidate and establishing a suitable basis to share them. We do not make final hiring decisions: the employer is responsible for assessing and interviewing candidates.
Technology and service providers
We may use technology to assist professional research, organisation of candidate information and communication. We may also use hosting, contact form and email providers to process information on our behalf. Appropriate safeguards are required for any processing or transfer of personal data, including transfers outside the European Economic Area when applicable.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the conversation and any associated business relationship. Recruitment details are retained only while relevant to a documented recruitment purpose, with periodic review and deletion when they are no longer needed, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
